Welcome to LeMain Street. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rights and responsibilities of members and guests of our club. By purchasing credits, booking classes, attending events, or using our facilities, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. General Information
LeMain Street (“the Club”, “we”, “our”) operates as a private women’s club in Antwerp.Membership, class bookings, and event attendance are subject to these Terms.The Club reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; members will be notified of significant changes.
2. Membership, Credits and Payments
Access to classes is based on a credit system.1 credit = regular classes 1.5 credits = hot classes Credits are purchased upfront via the Club’s booking app. Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Unused credits expire and are non-refundable. Payments are final. The Club does not provide refunds for any reason, except where required by law.
3. Booking, Cancellations and No-Shows
Classes must be booked in advance via the Club’s booking app.Bookings may be cancelled up to 8 hours before class without penalty. Cancellations made later than 8 hours, or failure to attend (“no-show”), will result in the full credit(s) being charged. The Club reserves the right to alter class schedules, instructors, or offerings as needed.
4. Use of Facilities and Conduct
The Club is a women-only space. Participation in classes, use of facilities, and access to the club are reserved for women unless otherwise specified for certain eventsNo refunds will be issued for bookings made in violation of this policy. All members and guests must treat each other and staff with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or hateful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership. Phone policy:No phone usage is permitted during classes. Phone use is limited to common areas. ○ Members are encouraged to stow phones in the changing rooms to protect privacy. Members are expected to keep the Club clean and tidy by cleaning up after themselves, ensuring shared spaces remain enjoyable for all. The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these rules.
5. Health and Liability
By purchasing credits and attending classes, members confirm they are physically fit to participate in physical activity. Participation in all classes and use of facilities is at the member’s own risk.LeMain Street, its staff, and instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
6. Events and Guests
LeMain Street hosts ticketed social events in addition to classes. Entry requires a valid ticket; no exceptions will be made. Event rules regarding respect, safety, and conduct apply equally to members and guests. Capacity is limited; once sold out, no additional tickets will be available.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Antwerp.

By purchasing credits, booking classes, or attending the Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
